Goolooloo’s Crapping Point

It was 14th March 07. Did anyone tell u its White Valentines? I insist that 14 march is a special day, so we dine out at this "Mitsu Shabu Shabu" - one of my Fav!

SHabu x2 serves not only steampot but there are also side dishes, such as fried mee, and some fried dumplings , etc..  At least u wont get bored w your hotpot, but also some ready served meal u can eat.


This White Valentines were celebrated by 4 person - Guang Ming, Liangz , Darling & I. Wat a "4P" group!

The steampot sets come in variety of sets - chicken, beef, lamb or seafood
, combine w a vege platter. Its very big portion, 2 person sharing 1 set. Isnt it a good deal?

Overall we spent only RM60 for 4 person.

This is the taiwanese style of steampot. In fact, i remember when i was in KL last month, Yen relatives bought us to a steampot shop, where the seafood are from Pulau Ketam. Err if not mistaken it was in Serdang. Tat one also taste good. That would be referred as local favorites. Where u eat in a coffee shop, without Air Con, and there will be passerby come in to sell Big Karipap or Toto.

Anyway, GuangMing says we shall try another Grilled Steampot next week. Yum Yum..Looking forward to next weekend again!

Due to "dunno-wat-to-eat", so darling suggest me to eat Bak Kut Teh. Its boiling hot! Yummy Yummy, just like the name of this coffee shop. This is the 3rd time i eat here. First time with ah long, 2nd time with Katherine and 3rd time is today , eat with Darling & Guang Ming.

I see quite a lot of people order from this Aunty. Business should be quite good. Aunty very hardworking, open stall day and nite. See. proven Sibu ppl very hardworking lol~!

Comment: I dont like to eat pork ribs nor the organs nor the skins. If next time they give choices, like putting sliced pork w no fat, haha. tat one surely i prefer lol, or put it with meat ball, more vege, yeah… tats xtra delicious! Oh ya, stg special, aunty got put in mushroom & black pepper that others don’t. Overall i prefer this rather than the TAKE #1, the place i met ah long’s mom >_<. So i give 7/10 lol~

Have u heard of Singapore Chicken Rice? The very well known chicken rice shop in "Sarawak" i think.. So far i never heard of "Miri Chicken Rice" , only heard of Hainam Chicken Rice or Kuching Salad Chicken Rice.. but today let me introduce u the nice n inexpensive  "SIBU CHICKEN RICE".

I am not actually commenting it as the best chicken rice tat i ‘ve ever tasted, somehow, its just an introduction for people who come to Sibu and wanna try out some local delicacy.

I noticed this shop sometime ago, cos no matter wat time i pass by , there must be people eating the chicken rice even at weird time like 3pm. Its just a Kopi Tiam tat sell only Chicken Rice. Just drive along from Brooke Drive to Sibu town, you’ll notice at your right side. Its actually quite similar to the one at Miri we call it "Seng Kee" at krokop 10. Somehow, Seng Kee got aircon, and it only operating at noon time. Sibu Chicken Rice operating from Morning till Night. See… Sibu people are very hard working. That is the fact you have to know!! >_<

Slurp~Slurp~! Finish eating is time to pay. Guess how much for a plate of Roasted Chicken, a plate of steamed chicken drumstick, a plate of Oyster Sauce Kai Lan, a glass of Ice Lemon Tea & a glass of Coke?

This year should be the most simple "Chap Goh Meh" tat i ever gone thru all these years. Somehow, its warm to celebrate it with my friends and love ones although i am not in Miri.

After a tired day working, we had our KFC dinner at 9pm. Location: My sibu house.

Infact, eating such thing is not healthy, but simple is nice. Haha. Is time saving la. No need to do cleaning job after eating ma.

4 Of us, Me, Darling, Siew Ling - my worker & Liang chunked off all the drumsticks & chickens.

Add on, we have Guang Ming joined us to watch TV (New HK Movie- Protege). Suppose want to Gamble once again, but dun have enough "Kaki"… so no fun, better watch the sooo interesting movie. Haii….

Our Extra entertainment is our 2 little doggie. Where they are also happy to see so many ppl at home compares to the 2 little lonely dog staying there.


Doggie also knows how to entertain themselves, unwrap the hamper ceremony also part of their activity. Hehe..Or snatching others food also Mico’s fav.

The night is full with fireworks bombing, Car Alarms also very busy ringing. We are very proud to have a very "Kaya" rich neighbour not the Kaya you eat on Roti. I grown so big also first time witness the Fireworks so near infront my eyes. I think there are about 48 pcs they blown. Each are loud and clear. OF course, I very kiasu will take my camera to take picture of it. Truly, no cropping or zooming for the pic, the fireworks are just up on my head. Isnt it cool N romantic? Hehehe..

Anyway.. Holiday is over! BACK TO WORK!
